Safe and stimulating environment for children
Ardmonagh Family and Community Group have been delivering quality childcare for over ten years to children within North & West Belfast. The main focus of the project is to protect and nurture the children in our care through the highly trained and dedicated childcare staff of the organisation. We do our utmost to create a safe and secure environment for all children in our care.
Ardmonagh Daycare are providing a state of the art childcare centre with up to date facilities including:
- fully equipped sensory room
- designated rooms for different age groups
- up to date security system
- plenty of natural day light and outdoor play areas.
The Daycare Team will be providing:
- 80 childcare places for children from age 3 months to 5 years.
- Daycare provision from 8am to 6pm Mon-Fri 51 weeks per year
- Quality childcare by staff trained in Highscope as well as
- NVQ childcare II and III and special needs
- Nutritious meals and snacks prepared and cooked by a trained chef who is following a carefully prepared diet as advised by a dietician.
- A safe and inclusive environment for children to integrate with otherchildren of different abilities, religion and ethnic backgrounds.
- An opportunity for members of the local community to train and gain employment in the care sector.
- Family access within a comfortable and friendly setting
SENSORY ROOM
This room is fully equipped including a hydro pool which can be used for children with complex medical needs. The facility will be used by our trained staff and can also be made available to other care providers.
