Ardmonagh Family &
Community Group
Focusing on the needs of the community

A Social Economy Project
- 'Ardcomm' as a subsidiary of 'The Ardmonagh Family Centre' is a social economy project, designed to provide an affordable and accountable method through which Belfast wide communities can access, building, repair and maintenance services.
- 'Ardcomm' not only provides a 'hands on' service through its core staff, but also draws on a network of locally based trades-persons to provide a wider range of services.
- 'Ardcomm' is committed to offering local communities an efficient and guaranteed alternative to expensive and unaccountable building practices.
- 'Ardcomm' through its core staff and wider network, intends to be in a position to take on any building, repair or maintenance request, and where this is not practical, to be able to make a referral to an appropriate firm.
- All requests made to 'Ardcomm' will be estimated and contracted with the user, free of charge, before any work will be taken on.
- 'Ardcomm' will seek to ensure 'customer satisfaction' before any charge is recouped.
- 'Ardcomm' is customer focused, the customer comes first, and the protection of the vulnerable is priority.
All our staff are vetted and aware of the need to protect vulnerable adults.
- 'Ardcomm' is a Social Economy business, dedicated to re-investing all profit back into its service and towards
the achievement of its social aims.
