Are your care assistants trained?

All our Care staff are trained at the very least to the minimum standards required by RQIA. Over and above this, staff are encouraged to undertake personal development and attend additional training courses. Specialist nurse delivered training is also provided to staff to ensure that they are fully trained to undertake more complex care needs. We currently have staff trained in level 2, 3 and 5 in Health & Social Care.

Are your care staff insured?

Yes, all our staff are fully insured for both personal and public liability.

Will I get the same carer on each visit?

Continuity is extremely important to us and to our service users and our carers are allocated to individuals to ensure continuity is maintained at all times.

What sort of services do you provide?

Typical services to adults and children will include: Personal and social care Bathing service Home from hospital service Respite service at home Support services at Day centres , schools and colleges Companionship Prompting medication Domestic services such as shopping or laundry.
