Care Service - Adults

We work with young adults and adults with brain injuries supporting them to live independently and also to accompany them to day centres providing one to one support.

Some of our adults just require company and we provide a sitting service where we sit with service user in their home to allow their family to have some well-deserved respite. Others require personal care, feeding or help to get up and go back to bed. We also accompany service users to go shopping, swimming or exercise at their local gym. 

• We provide care and support to adults with a range of needs and disabilities
• We offer 1-1 support to enable you to attend Day centres
• Staff can accompany you as 1-1 support to enable you to engage in social activities
• We offer support with medication
• Staff available to accompany you on appointments
